According to Taiwanese law, in the event that a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect purchase, the product/s can be returned within 7 working days of the date on which the goods were received. The products must be returned in an unaltered and undamaged state; only the outside packaging can be opened, and the product must not have any traces of use. Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs on returned products are to be covered by the customer. Bitspower is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process, and is not obligated to provide a refund should damage occur during the returns process. The returned package will need to  be signed off on by a Bitspower employee. The customer will be charged up to 10% for restocking fees if processing costs are incurred during reprocessing. The received date is based on the shipment's tracking information on the shipping website.
Bitspower will not demand a restocking fee for returned products that are defective. A Bitspower technician will test each returned product for defects and issue the appropriate action as agreed with the customer via the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed for or described in user manual. Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void the warranty. At the same time, Bitspower is not responsible for any damage to other non-Bitspower products when a Bitspower product is misused or modified. Returns will not be accepted without Bitspower's RMA process. As part of the RMA, the customer should offer high-quality photos or video that clearly demonstrate the damaged goods or faulty function.
All shipping packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify Bitspower immediately by e-mail. The shipment's carrier/tracking information must be retained by the customer until Bitspower offers a carrier solution. For all returns, please use a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.
Customized products cannot be returned in the event that a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect purchase.
Upon completion of the order transaction, the customer automatically agrees and accepts this policy.
